Our Savannah Office is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 1:oo pm and 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Please note we CLOSE EVERY day between 1:00 pm and 3:00pm for Lunch. Dr. B sees Patients in Savannah every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Our Jesup Office is open Tuesdays by Appointment ONLY. There is a waiting list for the Jesup Office and you must already be an established patient to be seen in Jesup.

Why did I get a bill?

Insurance doesn't always cover 100% of your visit. Some procedures may not be covered within your plan, you may have co-insurance, a change in your co-pay, or a deductible to meet, per your insurance company. Therefore, as all insurance plans are different these days it is best to contact you Insurance Company directly to find out why you received a bill. We can assist you regarding most bills, but for the best detail you please contact your Insurance Company

How long will my Prior Authorization (PA) or Referral take to process?

PA's or Referrals can take 5-7 business days to process. The Office to whom you are being referred may contact you to schedule or for further information. If you have not received a phone call about your PA or Referral after 7 business days, please contact our Pre-Certification and Referral Specialist at (912) 417-3084.

How can I get a refill on my prescription?

We do ask that patients contact their pharmacy at least 72 hours PRIOR to their prescription running out to request a refill. The Doctor does have to review your medical records before prescribing or refilling any medication. Please be aware that any new medications may require a visit and certain prescriptions require a monthly visit. Any new prescription or refill can take up to 72 hours to complete.  Please do not call the office repeatedly to check on your prescription. You will be contacted when it is ready for pickup, or called into your Pharmacy. Please be sure to contact your pharmacy BEFORE your prescription runs out. Controlled substances will require a paper script that ONLY the Patient can pick up at the office.

NOTE: Dr. B. is NOT in the Savannah Office on Tuesdays or Fridays.

What if I need paperwork filled out by my Physician?

Please bring any forms to the Front Desk or your office visit. Depending on the type and length of the paperwork, an office visit may be required, or there may be a charge to fill out the forms, if an office visit is not required. Paperwork may take 7-10 business days to complete. If you do not hear back after 10 business days please contact the office.

***Well-Visit Paperwork can ONLY be filled out during a Well-Visit Appointment. Please call our Appointment Specialist to schedule your Well-Visit***
